When you purchase a subscription or a monthly refill plan on GarlicRoot.com, you agree to an automated, recurring billing schedule. This Subscription & Monthly Refill Policy details the terms, cancellation procedures, and refund boundaries for all automated replenishment services offered by Mongo international LLC.

1. Subscription and Automated Refills
By selecting a subscription or monthly refill option at checkout, you authorize GarlicRoot.com to automatically charge your preferred payment method at the frequency specified (e.g., every 30 days) until you cancel. The recurring amount charged will match the price stated at the time of your initial purchase, unless a promotion or price update has been formally communicated to you.
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time without penalty. To ensure that you are not billed for the next scheduled billing cycle, your cancellation request must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming renewal date.

3. Order Modifications and Processing Limits
Consistent with our standard Cancellation & Order Change Policy, once a monthly refill renewal payment has been processed and a recurring order is generated, it enters our fast fulfillment chain. Modifications to shipping addresses or order details for an active cycle must be reported within 1 hour of the renewal charge. Once shipped, changes are impossible, and the package must be handled via our return procedures.
4. Refunds for Subscription Renewals
Recurring subscription renewal payments are non-refundable once processed. If you forgot to cancel your subscription before the 48-hour deadline and your card is charged, the product will be fulfilled and delivered as scheduled. If you wish to return the items for a refund, the package must remain unopened and meet all conditions listed in our Refund Policy. Return shipping fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
5. Payment Failure and Plan Suspension
If your card or chosen payment method cannot be charged on the scheduled renewal date, our system will automatically attempt to retry the charge over a period of several days. If payment fails continuously, your subscription and monthly refills will be temporarily suspended until billing details are updated.
