At GarlicRoot.com, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our system is optimized for fast fulfillment, there is a very limited window to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for requesting modifications or cancellations through Mongo international LLC.

1. Timeframe for Cancellations and Changes
If you need to cancel your order or change details (such as shipping address, product size/color, or quantity), you must contact us immediately at support@garlicroot.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
While we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that the order can be changed or canceled after this timeframe, as it may already have entered the fulfillment and packing process at our warehouse.
2. Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed by our logistics team or has left our warehouse, we can no longer cancel or modify it. If your order is already in transit, you will need to follow our standard return procedure once the package arrives. Please refer to our Refund Policy for instructions on how to return the item for a refund or exchange after delivery.
3. Custom or Personalized Orders
Please note that any custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or modified once production has started, even if the request is made within the initial 1-hour window. Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
To request an urgent change or cancellation, please send an email to support@garlicroot.com with the following information to avoid processing delays:
- Subject Line: URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number] OR URGENT: Change Order [Your Order Number]
- Order Details: The full name used for the order and the specific changes required (e.g., updated shipping address or item specifics).
5. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before processing, we will issue a full refund immediately. The funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 3–10 business days for the credit to clear and reflect in your account.
