1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide accurate delivery windows; however, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or local carrier processing.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.
- Express Shipping (where available): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress directly via our tracking page or the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
GarlicRoot.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs regulations regarding applicable import rules and limitations.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@garlicroot.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
6. Damages
GarlicRoot.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
